01What is the difference between accrued and claimable rewards?
Accrued rewards show the total earned by a position. The first claim becomes available after 30 days, and every successful claim starts a new 30-day cooldown.
02How does the claim cooldown work?
The first claim becomes available 30 days after staking. If you claim on day 50, the next claim becomes available 30 days later, on day 80.
03Does claiming rewards change my principal?
No. Claiming available rewards does not reduce the staked principal or change the position's unlock schedule.
04What happens after I start an unlock?
The selected 180-day or 360-day countdown begins. It cannot be shortened after submission, and rewards continue to accrue during the waiting period.
05When can I withdraw the principal?
The principal becomes withdrawable after the position's full unlock period has completed.
06Are unlock schedules managed separately for each position?
Yes. Every position retains its own selected plan, unlock request date, reward balance, and withdrawal status.
